This means that jobs at The Inn and Passages Restaurant are of a temporary nature. Employees will receive at least 60 days’ notice as we learn the date of the closure. Room Cleaner (The Inn at Temple Square) JOB 3005
Part-Time job. Cleans guest rooms. Moderate guest contact. Must be willing to work any day of the week, including Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Well groomed, able to communicate in good spoken English with employees and guests, able to stretch, push supply truck, and move 30 pounds, not sensitive to cleaning chemicals, must abide by Temple Square Hospitality Corporation’s 100% smoke-free policy. Must have experience as a room cleaner. Free meal, uniform. $6.75 an hour. Wage of $7.75 an hour for Saturday and Sunday work. This position is eligible for 401(k) savings plan benefits.

Part-time job. Greeting and seating guests in Passages Restaurant. Managing restaurant in absence of manager. Dinner shifts, Monday and Saturday, 4:00 PM to close. Able to work under pressure; meticulous grooming; pleasant manner and attitude; outstanding interpersonal skills and able to communicate in excellent English with guests. A minimum of one year restaurant hosting or serving experience required. Must abide by Temple Square Hospitality Corporation’s 100% smoke-free policy, $8.50 an hour, free meal.

Part-time job. Kitchen help in dishwashing and cleaning work. Various days Monday through Saturday. 5:00 PM to as late as 2:00 AM. Part-Time Summer Positions:
The Summer season runs from April to August. Apply in early April for the positions we might have. Interviews are in late April or early May. These jobs are temporary.

Part-time job. Entry level position doing prep work and salad preparation. Various shifts, Monday through Saturday. Neat and clean in appearance, able to communicate in English with employees, able to move 50 pounds, manual dexterity with knives, must abide by Temple Square Hospitality Corporation’s 100% smoke-free policy, previous cooking experience preferred, $7.00 an hour, free meal, uniform. This is a temporary position through August 31, 2004.

Seasonal
Positions:
These are positions
available beginning in September. Apply by the end of
July or early August. These jobs are not temporary.
They are usually replacing people that are going back
to school.
These positions
are usually banquet servers, which is our biggest need.
The hours vary but are generally from 10:00 AM to 3:00
PM and 4:00 PM to 10:00 or 11:00 PM. A person would work 3 or 4
times a week depending on business. No experience is needed,
but experience working with the public is very helpful.
